We are a pop up ice kart rental facility on a frozen ski lake near Aspen, Colorado! Looking for a fun activity in the Aspen area? THE FACILITY
Aspen Ice Karting operates on Kodiak Ski Lake, Colorado. The lake is a man made lake that is relatively shallow and freezes over during the coldest part of our winter. It provides a beautiful backdrop for an exciting time driving karts on the frozen ice. The ultimate of fun activities to do in Aspen!

THE KARTS
We have 5 CRG frame karts with 12 HP Brigg and Stratton engines. These karts will give you more than enough power to experience speeds between 45 to 50 mph. The karts are equipped wth Heidenau snow tires and Kold Kutter ice screws for traction on the ice. The ultimate winter driving experience.
We are located at Kodiak Ski Lake. We’re a little pop up business sharing this amazing space in Kodiak’s off season. It’s an actual frozen lake that our awesome track is located on. We provide this fun, unique winter activity as weather permits! This is one of the top things to do in Aspen for a winter visit! Take a day off from skiing and come to ice kart!!!

Operating hours from 9 am - 2 pm, 7 days a week, weather permitting. Warm weather & snow can close us down for a day while we make sure all is safe & the track is great for YOU!
